Have you ever wondered how vineyards get their grape vines to look so perfect? It's because they are constantly pruning out old wood and training young vines, but what do they do with all of the wood they cut? This is it!
All pieces are sandblasted to remove all of the loose bits of bark and stems, then heated in a kiln so they're dried (will never rot!) and sterilized.
Sustainable and environmentally friendly, these pieces would traditionally be sent to their fiery death, but they are perfectly suited to being used as "stands" for air plants! Keep in mind that each piece is unique and no two are alike. The photo is simply for reference.
